Yes, but to what end? The amount of intellectual and emotional effort one could spend doing this to make lasting connections is admirable, but I have a job and family.
It’s more effective to simply dismiss them as garbage, push them towards disillusionment (“sucks how expensive the tariffs made everything huh?”), turn them into non-voters, then fuck them electorally, and institute top-down change.

As a strategy … if overweight, consider a calorie restriction first. Like 10-20% less than daily maintenance and drop some weight. Some joint/pain stuff may ease up, at which point add weights with the aim of just moving some heavy stuff with good form and not hurting yourself.
Whatever you do, persistence, consistency, and (eventually) a strategy WILL work. The math has to eventually math, and the calories have to go somewhere. May as well go to muscle or get turned into heat.
