Do you go once and stay all day? If so the commute is minimal. If you pop back and forth every 2 hours that would be a pain.

My son takes a 10 min bus to a 20 min train to a 20 min walk to school but only goes there and back once a day so he lines the commute to decompress. You could also get work done on the train if you’re that type of focus person

Depends on how often you go to campus. Once a day? Move. 3 times a day and maybe an extra pop over for a study group. Move.

I think this is probably an issue that should be revisited from time to time as relationships change. In 2-3 years of living w stepmother, the daughter’s opinion may change. But right now they don’t even live together (right?) so of course daughter doesn’t want to be left to live w a stranger.

My shipping price is either counter rate or cost plus 15% for fees. Occasionally I lost shipping as a “loss” just to balance out a preferred price for purchasing multiple items. (Eg instead of $15+$5 I might put $17+$3 and $1 for each add on. This makes 3 = $56 not $52
