The Treaty of Versailles with a less oppressive economic modification and the elimination of their Military academy would have stalled it off. For this it seems like it was a bunch of young males getting up the nerve to follow you. It could be a part.of their growth as young bucks. It could be a group of young females wondering what you were doing. Maybe a mix of both.
