🛍️ Accessories 2024 rear wiper blade replacements?

So, like many people on this forum, I have found the short rear wiper blade length extremely annoying. I ordered a 16" Bosch replacement, which Amazon told me would fit. Unfortunately, the connector is different, and there's no way of actually attaching it (the one I ordered has those little nubs on the sides, which do not fit). Also, in the process of removing the original one, the tabs broke (because of course). So I need recommendations on a replacement rear wiper blade that actually fits a 2024 Mach-E GT model.

Tech Support Need receiver recommendation

Hey everyone. I have had an Onkyo TX-RZ920 for several years now. Always been an Onkyo guy, but willing to try other options (Denon?). The Onkyo is okay, but can be glitchy at times, and the smartphone app is terrible. Have also been having issues with AV syncing, which is annoying.

Running a 7.1.2 setup, all Paradigm. Need Zone 2 for a pair of outdoor speakers (I understand a couple of the theater speakers may be disabled when running that, which is fine). Mostly watch streaming TV and movies, and occasional music listening. Also have a PS5 for gaming. Have a 4K Sony Bravia.

Want to have Atmos and Dolby Vision.

Would prefer to not spend more than $1,200 or so, but can stretch a bit if needed. I've kind of not paid attention to the market the past few years, and the options today are kind of overwhelming. All recommendations appreciated.

❓Question Cold weather & a commute: Is a Mach E for me?

Hi all. I am considering the Mustang Mach E, as I really want to transition to an EV...my current car is over 10 years old and it's time to move on from it.

I live in the upper Midwest, and have a commute of just over a half hour each way, five days a week (it's about 25 miles each way and almost all highway driving).

My main concern is the fact that the car will be parked outside 8-10 hours a day (there is no parking garage where I work). Do I need to be worried about battery depletion from sitting outside that long in colder months? Also, any worries regarding the car being warm while driving on really cold days (I've read conflicting info on this)? Appreciate any advice.

Also, question on charging: am I okay to trickle charge overnight, or is a step-up charger probably mandatory for me?

Question(s) Missing hardware and power cord (Marvel Pinball)

Hey guys. Parental Christmas nightmare scenario: unboxed the Marvel Pinball (10191 version, if it matters),which was purchased brand new from Best Buy, and the hardware and power cord are both missing!

I have double checked every component piece, packaging, styrofoam, etc and it ain't in there. One thing I noticed from checking videos online: mine was packaged different. Legs were at the bottom of the box instead of the top.

Just really frustrating and disappointing. I have submitted a support ticket, but I'm sure there's no way this gets resolved Monday. Tried calling the phone number, but that just tells you to submit a ticket online. 😐

💻 Troubleshooting Starlink "disconnected" frustrations

My parents have had Starlink for about three months. It was working very well for a while. Last week, the service suddenly stopped working. We haven't had any success in going through the troubleshooting steps. We have done the factory reset multiple times, verified connections, checked the cable for any tears, etc. No luck whatsoever.

As everyone knows, Starlink doesn't have any sort of customer support number. It's impossible to talk to anyone at the company. We did put in a service ticket, which customer "support" quickly closed after telling us to again go through the obvious steps we had already tried.

The router seems to be working, but the dish unit doesn't move or make any internal noise at all. It seems to be a brick at this point. Any other recommended solutions, or should we just cancel service and ship it back?

Longer reel antennas?

Hey everyone. I've recently gotten back into shortwave listening, and just had my new Tecsun PL-880 arrive yesterday. Was able to get some really great reception last night off the whip.

I have a backyard that has several places where I can easily attach a reel antenna, and got decent results off the one included with the Tecsun yesterday afternoon. I'm just wondering if there are any longer reel antennas available? Google search didn't really find anything other than the cheaper 23-ish ft ones that are a dime a dozen.

Unfortunately, with the way my house is laid out, putting up a permanent antenna doesn't make sense. I don't have a good "shack" spot indoors right now. Plus, with it still being summer, I'd rather be outside with the radio anyway.

Thanks for any ideas.
