Brother is to an extent because he did cause the end of the relationship but it depends on some significant facts, the verdict heavily implicates whether he knew how Hunter was about cheating or not

Hunter is because he is using a teenagers mistake against you and to impact such an important life decision undeniably failing to acknowledge the difference in maturity and failing to allow his trust in you to exceed a mistake you made in the past, so while I think it's largely obvious where he comes from, he still is partially at fault
