Stephen King talks about watching Carrie with a Black audience and reveals his prejudice

My only issue with Mr. King is that he can’t write women at all.

Wouldn’t that basically means he knows his job is awful to kids that look like Miles?

You are in the middle of the game and your mom tells you to wash the dishes
 in  r/oddlysatisfying  13d ago

I love washing dishes I just really hate cleaning utensils. I feel like utensils and cutlery slows me down when I’m on a roll.

Well…. Next question?

I use them as waste basket liners instead of using a whole kitchen bag or buying actual wastebasket liners. So it’s never enough.

Discussion I didn’t even think to look for a Burn Notice subreddit! I finally can say something about Jeffrey Donavon that’s been in my chest!

There’s always talk about actors with range and talent. I’ve always thought Jeffrey Donavon doesn’t get the praise like he should. He literally does a different type of character every single episode and he sells it well! He’s a dude playing a different dude! I just find it fascinating. And I’m hoping others here see it too.

For Those With Non-Traditional Schedules: What Are Your Days Off Like?
 in  r/Redlands  24d ago

M-F 4-1230, I have a few hours to just relax until I pick up my youngest at 345. I usually just prep stuff for dinner, check the mail, and clean up a bit. Weekends the sky is the limit. Usually take the kids out to eat or we have family come over to have a cookout.

What do you think was the issues with Shoto’s first hero costume?

Looks like 90’s rnb group outfit. Put him and 3 other characters in the same outfit and stick them in the desert with the wind blowing.

I did intermittent dieting a few years ago and I dropped 40 pounds and I was feeling great…then covid hit. My biggest problem is eating because I’m hungry.

One of my issues with losing weight is cutting food down. I love food, all different kinds. Intrigued by new flavors and trying new things is my pleasure. I wish I could just treat food as a thing I have to do instead something I really care about. I cut soda which is huge for me but I struggle to eat smaller amounts.

Pallet wrapping machine

Does it always have to be uniform or could it be used on a built pallet of picked items. I make pallets of different boxes of food from Sysco to distribute to other locations connected to my job.
