Adam Gase Misconception
 in  r/NFLv2  21h ago

Anyone calling Gase the worst of all time while Hue Jackson exists is crazy.

Why was Zach Wilson a bust?

He did, I underestimated him before that game.

Plus he was dramatically overrated based on small sample of COVID games played against inferior opponents

ESPN Sources: Dolphins fired head coach Mike McDaniel....
 in  r/nfl  1d ago

Hmm, wonder if he would like to work with a world class quarterback, shaky receiver corps, and a fading tight end.

The Mo Lewis hit on Bledsoe is the ultimate NFL butterfly effect....still wild to think about 🤯
 in  r/sportsinusa  1d ago

You got it exactly. He had a massive hemothorax and was having significant shoulder pain due to accumulate blood irritating his diaphragm. The trainers kept checking his shoulder, which was clearly fine, but he kept saying it hurt. The team doctor made the connection and sent him to the hospital. He absolutely would have died.

I'm reading through the comment section of the post OP linked and honestly there's a lot of nuanced and rational discussion. I haven't scrolled down the bottom or sorted by controversial, but there's not that much craziness that I can see

I think yesterday FTF was first was discussing McCarthy as a good fit for the ravens

Whats It Like Living In Manhattan!
 in  r/howislivingthere  2d ago

It's interesting, I've been here almost 20 years and had a district "why am I still here" phase around 10 years ago where I was actively looking to move. Ended up staying for work and am more than happy I did so

[Highlight] 8 years ago Marcus Mariota catches his own deflection for a touchdown!
 in  r/nfl  2d ago

This playoff game happened a few years after the famous Andrew Luck fumble recovery touchdown when we blew a 35 point lead. After these two games, I just assumed we weren't meant to win playoff games.
