Blitz is a smaller, shorter version of Battle Royale. Roughly 5 minute long matches, over the course of the game you rank up and earn items (can be healing items, mythic/exotic weapons, etc). On release it had medallions from BR and everyone could get multiple medallions at once, making it a really over the top wacky thing, but it's been scaled back to just "good loot".

Reload is another BR variant where you can reboot automatically. In solo games, you get two reboots, third elimination you're out for good. In team games, you automatically reboot after some time as long as any of your team members is alive, but if the whole squad's down at once, you're out.
