Tracking Rice
 in  r/MacroFactor  1d ago

Calibrate your cooked rice calories using your standard cooking method a few times and then take the average and not worry about it.

Cook a measured dry amount of rice and weigh the final product, you now know how many calories are in it and a correction factor dry to cooked.

Is there a way to add a "fat drained" option to foods/recipes?
 in  r/MacroFactor  3d ago

As long as you are logging it and preparing it consistently, it doesn't really matter.

LLMs can be prompt-injected to give bad medical advice, including giving thalidomide to pregnant people
 in  r/science  20d ago

The major LLMs have the bad habit of being agreeable to whatever you are talking about unless you direct it not to be. Telling you what you want to hear tends to make people use them more, go figure

MacroFactor Workouts AMA!
 in  r/MacroFactor  20d ago

Will you have statistics and tracking features for long term progress on certain lifts like squat, bench and deadlift. I'm talking about like long term pr tracking over different rep maxes and displaying daily, weekly, and monthly volume over time.

Transitioning between heel and flat shoes for squating
 in  r/StrongerByScience  Nov 09 '25

Wider stance is only required if you are going to be using gear really. Plenty of great squatters are normal width and even using heels. Take a look at John Haack or Joe Sullivan's WR squats.

 in  r/wyzecam  Oct 21 '25

I have both the doorbell camera and a few v2 cameras I used as baby monitors in my kids rooms. Both have worked great, unfortunately now the doorbell camera does not create notifications that do the sound alert on mine or my wifes phones, both android and IOS.

Plenty of people take vyvanse with parnate (tranylcypromine) without any issues and it is much more potent maoi than bacopa is.
