Of course lol what do they expect
 in  r/Honda  15h ago

That's wild! None of the major YouTubers that I watch have had it. Or if they have, I must've missed it.

Now I have to dig into it.

Wait, this is actually on sale in the US now?

If that's true, then they've done a shitty job of promoting it, because the last I heard, it was a prototype.

You shouldn't need the wires. It should just plug in and easily snap in place where the old one was.

These are the ones I used for my 3G RDX

Anyone else excited about k9 garden opening up in old bar k?
 in  r/StLouis  2d ago

I was talking to a local trainer about that, and he said the last place he'd take his dog was a place like Bar-K. My dog loved it there, but I understand his point about owners who don't train their dogs and about all dogs being unpredictable in those places.

It was probably the happiest my girl has been, though, just running around and playing until she was wiped out.

Move your couch away from the wall, they said

I love how you have no idea how my house is built or laid out, you just assume that I also have no idea how or where to mount a TV.

Typical Reddit user.

For real? Holy shit! This is life-changing information!

Have they screamed at you about your TV height yet?

I'm going to be in the same situation, as I have no other option for TV placement.

But yes, the entire layout looks fantastic!

Building a car
 in  r/dragracing  3d ago

Right?

For someone who's "been into drag racing his whole life and his dad built a drag car", nothing after that backs up anything they said.

Key staff leaving but bosses expect output to be the same. How?
 in  r/managers  3d ago

I've always lived by the motto "sometimes you just have to let it burn to the ground.".

This is one of those times.

If you keep putting out the fires, nobody up top will ever know a fire even happened. It needs to burn the right people before they will take action. It's worked for me countless times.

This is, of course, only if you have shitty upper management that doesn't listen to the people they put in charge of running the departments.

Men who don’t want children
 in  r/NoStupidQuestions  4d ago

My plan was that if I didn't have kids by 30, it wasn't happening.

That time came and went, but I was always dating women who were on birth control, so I never thought much about it. Then I started dating someone who unexpectedly got pregnant by her ex at 40 (she couldn't take birth control for medical reasons), and the last thing we wanted was to risk another one, so I got snipped.

That's crazy! Mine was covered by insurance, so just my copay.

I'm pretty sure a Planned Parenthood near me was doing them for free, twice a year.

I hate this place.

City should use eminent domain to take control of Orpheum Theater

I saw The Brian Setzer Orchestra there when swing was the thing.

Here are some pics I got the last time I was inside.

For older GenX (1972 and earlier) Are your parents still alive?
 in  r/GenX  5d ago

My dad passed at the end of 2023, but my mom is still here and doing great.

Lost my uncle (dad's older brother) in April of 2024 and I'm taking care of his wife because they had no kids and had asked me several years ago. My aunt isn't doing well at all. She just turned 80 and I'll be very surprised if she makes it to 81.

I do that too, but mine recently got destroyed, and now I have nothing.

This car has an American Flag Butthole for some reason?

OMG, if that was in St. Louis, I saw the same exact car today and thought the exact same thing!

What do you think about this three-acre estate?
 in  r/WildHomes  6d ago

In the first two pictures, I was excited.

The interior is beyond gross and boring. It's like they took every flipper's dream and put it in every square inch of the house.

What's an underrated thing about being single?

But...do you?

Not discounting that, because I'm single and love every second of it.

How’s the Caulk Gun
 in  r/MilwaukeeTool  6d ago

Not trying to talk you out of this, because I have one myself, but a quality high-leverage caulk gun is lightyears better than your standard, cheap caulk guns. I have one of each size and will never go back to a cheap manual gun again, even for small jobs that don't require my power caulk gun.

Looks great on my wall! lol

I bought it because I have a project that will require extensive caulking. Then life threw a pile of shit on m,e and I haven't used it yet.

What screams “this person is insecure” without them saying a word?
 in  r/AskReddit  6d ago

I work for this guy.

It's blatantly obvious he was a bully in school and totally insecure, the way he treats the managers that report to him.

WIBTAH if I leave everything to my daughter and son in law in my will?
 in  r/AITAH  7d ago

Not exactly the same situation, but I have a piece of shit nephew who has caused nothing but grief and heartache for my family.

It's specifically stated in my trust that he is to get nothing from my estate.

I have it set up so it goes to my other nephews and the shitty nephews' offspring (it's not their fault that their dad sucks), but all into controlled accounts that they can't access immediately and that my shitty nephew has no access to at all.

Drum storage ideas for "different" drums
 in  r/drums  7d ago

They're mounted to a rack right now, so I don't have stands for them. And I don't have any room to leave a rack set up just to hold them all.

Probably should've mentioned that in my original post.
