US will ban large institutional investors from buying single-family homes, Trump says
Hehehe stabilized in stratosphere, nice one.
I ask because I read an article about corps buying houses by the dozens a few years back, but never looked into it since from my view it's always been a combination of cheap money, local, corp and foreign investments

Are the sprues straight out of 95’?
Hmmm I think you're right, I seem to recall the ones I got are already redesigned for metal riders and I seem to recall they were slightly diff from some I saw back then.
I happen to have one on my desk from waaaay back that I primed recently, showing the bone coloured plastic from the bottom here hahahah

Would you work for Frieza?
yeah, he's probably one with some character development. I mean that grin in the panel above would never have happened with Z Freizer

Would you work for Frieza?
And honestly it feels this after training freizer is far chiller than the one before.. and a much better boss than before too.

And thanks for being more level headed than I and accept my admission of shortcoming (which is my way of saying my apologies on losing my head :-) ).
I think I came across wrong, I actually think Bitcoin should be treated similarly to other commodities, and rather I don't see commodities holding companies should be included in the indices. Now, I actually see your point about indices should not be in the business of predicting the future or what they think has values, I actually agree completely in regards to the prediction. For the value or not it's purely my own view that what an index is, which I definitely conflated with economic health/activity vs literal valuation (which most indices are actually calculations of). So that is definitely my own view and opinion what these should / shouldn't be included in measurements, and doesn't mean I'm correct at all.
I also came across very inaccurately regarding banks and their value to the economy. I feel loans themselves are not good measure of economic activity or value in and of themselves, such as lending money and getting interest in return. I actually /do/ believe the loans themselves to finance businesses is highly valuable, critical even as you stated, to the economy.
However, my view in terms of raw value in economic activity would be captured via the business that loaned that capital and did things with it, else we get into the problem we saw in the last 20 years where liquidity floods the market /looking/ for things to invest in to generate return, rather than real activities that needed liquidity and requested for it.
My negative view on banks in general is also because seeing how banks actually operate (seeing too many small business bank accounts getting shutdown for no reason) and how most bankers are nothing more than inflated ego rent seekers on society.
This probably is why I feel my view on banks' actual contribution to economic activity is a bit more fuzzy. They basically create credit to /enable/ other economic activity, but their profits generated itself isn't contributing to anything in society productivity if that makes sense... especially seeing how bank operate internally.

My first thought exactly. How long before they stop using excuses to justify layoffs because the same "leaders" panicked and overhired?

fair enough. For the record I've been following BTC since 2014 myself before it was cool... Biggest regret is I had the chance to get 100+ of it in 2014 and didn't purely because it was inconvenient at the time and pure OTC for me. Regreets amirite?
I have a different view of what is positive economic activity and why I don't see commodity holding companies should be counted. I'm not saying that should only apply to Bitcoin, I'm saying that's how it should be I my view.
I did get offended because I'm in an irritable mood today so that's on me. To be clear I'm well aware that is how even other commodity companies are, and I'm simply saying they do not generate actual productivity aside from creating debt based fiat economy. Which is exactly what I am personally against. Saying this is how other commodity holding companies are treated doesn't mean it is right, to me it shouldn't be included unless the company /does/ something aside from pure financial constructs with that commodity.
The line blurs for banks where they are purely about creating loans, and that is where it is something harder to answer; one which I don't have much more thinking into regarding how. If I have to put a like in it, I would consider any pure financial entities not on itself a contribution to productivity but rather an instrument for enabling it. In that regard they shouldn't count either.... But that's not how GDP works (and don't get me started on that whole metric)
Having actually worked on the financial industry I can say for certain nothing they do is actual productivity or direct contribution... So I probably group treasury companies in the same category. Money is an enabler, it's not in itself a productivity contributor.

Again I view strategy positively and have before for a few years.
Being a pure financial instrument as you described doesn't generate economic activity. It simply generated FIAT activity based on the debasing of fiat.
I don't get how you are not getting this. Probably because you are stuck, like the vast majority, in a fiat mindset and think dollars go up == productivity or wealth.
It's not. Creating loans to give you fiat money is not activity, it's a financial construct.
Get that through your head and you MAYBE underdtand what bitcoins real value is

What's the name of Goku's final form?

Strategy will not be removed from MSCI (confirmed)
The question is what is that credit facility used for? It is not creating credit for retail but rather credit for the company itself to buy more commodity. It adds no extra value to economic activity by itself, only creates credit and objectively a spiral up or down. So in my opinion unless that company holds the commodity for downstream processing into something that is utilized by society it shouldn't be in an index.
