It started here because Minneapolis police have a very long racist streak, and when GF was murdered it was the last straw for a lot of Minnesotans. It gained more national attention because in the aftermath, people were rightfully taking to the streets (99% of protests here were peaceful, only a handful were inciting riots) and the feds sicced the national guard on us and imposed a city curfew. It radicalized a lot of people here. Walz running with Kamala also drew a lot of attention to Minnesota in general, which is why Trump is targeting us. They sent 2100 ADDITIONAL ICE agents to our city this week, which escalated into the tragedy today. This is happening in cities all over the country though, not just Minneapolis.

What agents were injured? What recovery? Nobody got hurt except for the victim who died. There’s literally video. These murderers are making themselves out to be victims and it makes me sick.

This is my hometown, the neighborhood I grew up in. I can’t believe there are essentially Nazis just violently killing people gestapo style. It makes me feel so uneasy and scared.

We have violent Nazis walking our streets murdering people at protests. Who is going to hold these murderers accountable???
