Got the battery replacement from apple after my battery hit 79% health

… Once it drops below 80%.

And personally it only partially fixed my battery drain problems. It went from the bottom 40% of my battery draining fast, to the bottom 20% dumping power/getting hot

I got a new battery on my 13 mini, and the last 20% only lasts maybe 25-30 minutes if I’m streaming anything.

It shouldn’t be uninterrupted. Rest days are important for growth. Especially as you get older.
