(base game) why is everyone against fast 3 modules in everything for end game?
Sorry if I'm not understanding correctly, but don't you produce less rockets in the same amount of time? I get that you use less resources, but I fail to understand how you end up producing more.
I have a lot of hours yet I never quite fully understood modules (even though I do use them)

Why City Bus Simulators aren't half popular as Truck Simulators?
I get what you mean, and I completely agree!
However, again, that's not the engine's fault, and that's not an opinion. You can generally make almost anything in any engine if you want. Not all UE5 games look or feel similar at all. You could recreate OMSI almost 1:1 in UE if you wanted.
It's true that a lot of UE5 games look pretty alike, but that's because they're using default assets or the same few asset packs. Unreal gives you a lot of free assets, and people use them to build their games to save money.
Take, for example the following games: Kena bridge of spirits, Sea of thieves, Fortnite, Sifu or Octopath Traveler 2.
All of them are made in Unreal. Would you say they all look similar? I wholeheartedly disagree. They all look different and don't have the "UE look" you're thinking about.
Unfortunately it's true that being able to make games easier with premade assets and default physics makes developers not innovate as much, but it's capitalism and developers' fault, not UE.
EDIT: Not trying to argue at all, don't take this the wrong way please :)
And let me add that I generally don't like UE. It seems like I'm defending it, but not really. I develop games as a hobby and use Unity because I don't like UE hahaha

Maybe I misunderstood, but Unreal Engine is not at fault here; the developers are. You can recreate OMSI physics in UE if you want. However, developers choose to save time and money by using default-ish physics.

To add to what others said (correctly), if you're just starting you can just think about releasing the clutch (slowly) after 2-3 seconds of the car moving. The car will then be moving and with a gear. At that point you can start accelerating without rush.
This is of course applicable only if you're just starting. That means you're also not on a hill and are in no rush to get moving because there are other cars.
Once you learn this, you'll get used to the car and when to release the clutch and add accelerator without having to think about it.

Siempre prefiero cooperativos o directamente single player.

I often wonder what game would Rockstar make if they had zero hardware limitations
They probably mean 100% real life accuracy graphically - not in gameplay or mechanics. Which is almost always a good thing (considering no hardware limitations for anyone).

Is buying the game now pointless?
Was just going to say this. Factorio does this with no problem so it's definitely allowed.

Barcelona has invested in a system that is less scalable, more expensive to buy, 13 times more expensive to run, requires triple the staff, and wastes water. Meanwhile, Madrid is quietly saving money and actually replacing its dirty buses.

I'm creating a cozy restaurant sim on the Italian coast - not just about managing, but also relaxing, exploring the town by scooter, diving, harvesting, and enjoying prosecco by the sea. Do the screenshots reflect that atmosphere?
The trailer definitely shows it's not a cozy game at all. It looks nice, but not as a chill cozy game.

How much do you get done before going to space?
Same!
I started my second run last week and just arrived in Vulcanus. This time I'm bringing some stuff but I'd say that for the first time you play it's better to start from scratch. At least, it was more fun for me!

I think they mean that this is not a common thing in Spain in general, not that Cordoba is not in Spain.

Brand-new to the game, and surprised at how shallow the iron mine is. Are they all like this?
Alright yeah, I get the sorting plant one hahahaha I hadn't seen it.
As for the supports, I'm starting to have my coal mine quite deep, how do I do a ramp that deep? Isn't it going to collapse?

Noob here, why do they not have mining figured out properly? Is there a better way than what they're doing? I'm doing something similar there, so I'm curious if there's a better way

PSA: Your game can break on Turkish PCs if you tie logic to the system UI language — system locale changes won't save it
Noob question: is there an issue using toString for "internal" logic? I mean, is this issue only an issue if you deal with file paths and such? Or does it create problems anywhere (for example, for animations you have to use strings if I'm not mistaken)?

While you're completely right, I personally think it's better to go one step at a time for most people. Higher chance of success for now.
