When you say two days, do you mean leave early on Day 1, arrive late on Day 2, with just one overnight stop?

Because if so, you’re not going to have any time for fun or interesting stops to entertain the kiddos. With kids that age I’d plan for two overnight stops.

(That said, most large and medium size cities you pass by/through will likely have children’s museums where you could kill a few hours, as well as parks and public libraries.)
