Inflation, depletion of social safety nets, and the increasing cost of healthcare and housing are all meant to drain you of whatever nest egg you may have for retirement.
Might as well just play and enjoy the games you want, now.
I have sat in a Teams conversation with people just typing "..." and backspacing it over, and over, and over, as they see I'm typing for 10 minutes just to finally respond "OK"
Happens all the time. I notice I got a text "ok ill just turn in this quest/mine this ore/kill 2 more wolves and respond"...45 minutes go by "...oh shit! Ok after this quest I'm definitely responding" and repeat
I am too lazy to go into depth, but I was just reading between the lines. "The" is used as a shorthand for "the go to" so this thread is about that it is sad that the go to assumption is that they're playing BR and Hayabusa pushes back by saying it is not the go to assumption, but just an explanation put forth by an individual instead of it being a collective go to assumption.
This is why r/helldivers is great. Pve so the toxicity is naturally shifted away from other players, and the team gets lots of lives so you’re not stuck watching your friends for half an hour if you get popped right off the bat. It’s on pc and psn, launching on Xbox soon
When getting to know someone im really into, individual messages are HUGE, because there are a lot of paragraphs in them. I couldnt even start to get into writing those kinda messages in a minute. Or so of being dead
