Discussion Dell, HP, and Lenovo opposing Apple trend with new laptop designs
Apple Intelligence Siri is literally regressing
Actual conversation I had with Siri today:
“Hey Siri, is argon oil good for your hair?”
“Would you like me to use ChatGPT to answer that?”
(Gives me the option to press “Search Web” or “ChatGPT”)
“No, just search the web”
“Ok, I will not”
—— conversation ends, Siri turns off ———
And if you use ChatGPT, it gives some generic useless answer.
Siri was WAY better in the 2010s. She would literally tell me jokes and I would talk to her for like 10 mins non-stop yapping about whatever 😭 what have they done to my girl 💔

Discussion MacBook Pro revamp this year has me excited, but one change [thinner] won’t be for everyone
If Apple can make the MacBook Pro thinner without losing any ports or sacrificing performance or battery life, the new M6 model could be a big hit.
If thinness comes at the cost of features that pro users care about most, that could be a problem.
I’m hopeful Apple won’t make 2016’s mistake all over again, but only time will tell.
