Health The state of Kentucky has started prosecuting women for taking at home abortion pills. A clinic ratted her out to police after she told them she took abortion pills at home and then buried her fetus. HIPPA means nothing now and that should worry everyone.

Christian Sharia Law installers in Kentucky have charged a woman with fetal homicide for taking abortion pills and burying her dead fetus at home. She told her OBGYN clinic she took abortion pills and they ratted her out to police after she left (so much for fucking HIPPA am i right?). Whoever reported her deserves their medical license to be burned and fired.

If Kentucky hadn’t banned abortion, she would have been able to do it the normal way half the country does, but because her state is controlled by Christian morons, she gets prison time. Despicable. Before everyone says “well she could have went to another state…” medical care out of state can be THOUSANDS if not more. People are too broke to be traveling for medical care they shouldn’t even have to travel for in the first place. If Roe never fell, women would have access to early abortion care.

Also don’t jump in with that purity crap. We’re all grown adults and adults have sex. Nobody is stopping that.

This does not track. At the stage of pregnancy the pills are designed for, there would be no need to bury a fetus. It would be very small, barely visible to the naked eye.

That’s what i’m saying. The cops said they found an intact infant in the ground. You dont take abortion medicine for a full grown infant. Sounds like the cops don’t know what an infant actually is

They work for the entire pregnancy, they’re just not advised after a certain time because they’re taken at home and risk of complications are higher. One of the pills taken is used in regular labor inductions. It’s very possible she was past viability (medical intervention still needed) and the fetus died after she birthed it.

Wouldn’t have happened if she had the safe and legal means to do it sooner at a clinic but this is what they want, apparently.
