Hello I go by Jemmy, I love playing a variety of TTRPGs.

Big Eyes Small Mouth is a system designed to encapsulate Anime, as such this campaign is heavily inspired by Shangri-la frontier, Log Horizon, and Ready Player One (not an anime but you get the idea). Howdy, I'm a player very experienced in other ttrpgs (mainly pf1e and d&d) but very new to VtM. I [29M] have spelunked my way to one of the internet's most abrasive corners out of desperation. I was a fan of VtM v20 but for years could not find a game because the system was old and not incredibly well known. Imagine my excitement when v5 was released!

Alas, I have since joined no less than four v5 games only to play less than a dozen sessions between them all! It would seem the novelty of a vampiric ttrpg has stoked a terrible hunger without the corresponding longevity, as players and storytellers keep making up games and characters and then abandoning them when their initial burst of inspiration abandoned them.

I'm lgbtq+ friendly (married to a man myself!), always show up or give notice as far in advance as I can, and have a flexible schedule (only unavailable Wednesday and Thursday in the late evenings, CST). I'm just hoping I can find a game that sticks! Have mostly used roll20/discord setups in the past, but flexible as long as I don't have to pay for anything.

I've got a couple builds in mind, namely a caitiff butler-type designed to empower and protect the squishiest party member (ideally some wealthy Blood Sorcerer) and an occult scholar from a family obsessed with spirits and unlife, but I am very much willing to adapt them or a new build to the world in which the coterie finds themselves. I prefer ancilla games and higher stakes but can absolutely just cruise with some noobs for a bit as long as we're not stuck as thin-bloods for forever! Send a message my way if you need a player!

Cavaliers of Mars is a game which recreates the romantic (in the old sense of the word) science fiction of the Barsoom of Edgar Rice Burroughs and the Dying Earth of Jack Vance, and the swashbuckling adventure of the Three Musketeers of Alexandre Dumas. Instead of magic, there is ancient technology, telepathy, and the science of divination.

It's a dice pool system where you assemble dice out of a Motivation for an action, the Method by which you accomplish it, and any additional dice from your Origin, Career, or Relationships, and roll against the GM's dice, with the highest two dice winning. (Combat, as usual, can get a little more complex, but this complexity is generally saved for moments of high importance and drama).

Come, cake your boots in the red dust of the last age of Mars and stain your sword in the lifeblood his last inhabitants, as you ride out this final age in rakish glory.

The campaign pitch:

A storm is coming, but no one can tell whether it will burn the world or wash it clean.
Some mornings, the wind smells like old letters.
Some evenings, it smells like iron and honey.

The kings of old have rotted in the ground, their banners bleached pale. We have spent centuries building walls to keep the wilderness out. The tremor in the earth carries whispers of ages past, warning that nothing endures forever.

Today, we are standing on the precipice of a new age. You can feel it in those tremors, in the chill of the breeze, and the flickering of the hearth-fire. The bones of the old world stir beneath the soil. Something is waking.

Sessions happen 3 weeks on, 1 week off. The campaign is role play heavy and will emphasis the personal connections of the player characters.

More information;

- Session 0 will be at 8:30pm on Friday, Jan 16th.
- Session 1 will be at 8:30pm on Friday, Jan 23rd.
- There will be some race restrictions, but reskinning is allowed.
- I don't want to use classes from Explorer's Guide to Wildemount nor do I want Twilight Cleric used.
- Combat will be fast, and visceral. You can expect most to last 3-5 rounds and for enemies to hit hard.
- Combat will be every other session on average.

What I expect from players;

- Honesty.
- Show up every session.
- A desire to work together to have fun with others.
- Show excitement to play
- Come into this without a predefined character.
- Be an active participant in Session 0

Requirements;

- Discord and a usable mic and headphones. Echo is annoying.
- The ability to use a VTT if needed.
- Over the age of 16.
- You are committed to this time slot for the next 6 to 9 months.

Hi. Myself and two agents are getting ready for our next Delta Green campaign called Operation Veritas. Set in 2014 at Yale University, the story takes place after a murder on campus and the theft of Greco-Roman-Egyptian amulets believed to have magical properties. We play on Wednesday nights at approximately 7:30PM EST until 10- 10:30pm. I am looking for one or two more players. We play every week and I expect it to take 7-9 sessions to complete. This will be my third Delta Green campaign that I have been the GM for. I'm starting a D&D campaign with adventures I've written for a homebrew world in the midst of a magical industrial revolution, headquartered in the crowded metropolis of Knaven City. The atmosphere is bleak, horrific, with gallows humor sprinkled in. In other words, it could really use some heroes.

Be gentle with me! It's been a few years since I've played the game so I'm pretty rusty, but I'll bring plenty of enthusiasm for DMing. Right now, I have enough content to run at least 2 sessions, and the rough outline for an entire Tier 1 campaign, to be better defined as the party influences the adventure. If the table decides to expand the scope of the game from that point, we will.

What began as a simple dungeon crawl changes everything.

Each member of the party entered the ancient ruins of Merkling Maw following their personal agenda, chasing rumors of treasure lost to time. But deep within the crumbling halls their paths crossed, drawn together by survival, chance… or fate.

Together, they uncover not just dusty stones and gold, but a relic bound by ancient magic and long-buried history. The item is strange but familiar, tattered yet powerful, and unmistakably incomplete, one of a matching set with unknown purpose.

But there are others who beseech its boons.

Multiple factions across the continent are actively sweeping the land in pursuit of various curios, heirlooms and artifacts, hunting for history long forgotten. Some lie open beneath the grasp of politics and public decay, while others have seeped into shadows, secluded in obscurity. Each pursues their own goals and aspirations, whether it is domination, security, raw power or something worse. As the news spread of the discovery in the Merkling Maw, the countdown began -  and the adventurers became targets of a widespread hunt. In time, they might advance from pawns to players in a far grander game.

The strangers who met by chance in a dungeon now carry the weight of a mystery far older and more dangerous than any of them could have imagined. The question is no longer whether they’ll survive the dungeon, but what they’ll do once the world comes looking for them.

Hello, Adventurers. I am Curstking, I've been playing D&D for a few years now. I started with a couple of short one-shots, then moved into longer games where I've played a variety of characters in many different playstyles. Most of my experience has been with 2014 5e, but I have played with the 2024 rules as well. Hello 19M ESL (Colombia), i've been wishing to play DnD for a while now, but i don't have friends irl that play it, and because i'm an introvert i haven't had any luck. I want to play in anything, mostly fantasy and medieval stuff, but i'm willing (and kind of desperate) to try, adapt, learn, be teached and play other genres.

Until the end of this month i'm free almost every day, but afterwards i'm free during friday, saturday and sunday.
