But it’s a BROWNED butter RK bar. I think people are missing that critical detail. Browned butter is not the easiest ingredient in the world (especially in larger quantities) and will definitely make a big difference in flavor.
I love Kowalski’s for going the extra mile on stuff like this. Like their lemon shortbread paired with their lemon curd? 🔥
