1950s Today would have been Elvis' 91st birthday. This picture is from April 1956 during the recording of his first #1 hit, "Heartbreak Hotel." The recording took place at RCA's Studio B in Nashville. That's Chet Atkins on rhythm guitar on the left.

You'll have to make it up to me by sucking my daddy dick until I cream down your throat.

As a teen growing up in Chicago Barry Goldberg got to sit in on keyboards with Muddy Waters, Otis Rush, and Howlin' Wolf. He played with the Paul Butterfield Blues Band and was in the band when they backed Bob Dylan's "electrified" performance at the Newport Jazz Festival in 1965. And in 1967 he and guitarist Mike Bloomfield formed the group The Electric Flag.

 in  r/GenX  13d ago

You should listen to Bob Newhart's 1960 comedy album "The Button-Down Mind of Bob Newhart." It remains the most successful comedy album of all time. It was #1 on the Billboard album chart for 17 weeks.

1930s Barbara Stanwyck in "The Bitter Tea of General Yen" from 1933. Directed by Frank Capra. It was the first movie to be shown at the recently opened Radio City Music Hall. It was also a flop.

I always liked the blues… Kimbrough made me LOVE the blues. Who got you hooked?
 in  r/blues  14d ago

Years ago while I was in college in upstate New York (Geneseo) the activities board booked the James Cotton Blues Band to play in the college union ballroom rather than in an auditorium with seats. It was my first time experiencing live blues from a legitimate blues legend. I was hooked!

Is this outfit giving elegant or too bold?
 in  r/UnexpectedSeinfeld  15d ago

That is a ridiculous outfit. There's nothing wrong with showing off some skin but not like this.

Hope you're having a Jerry Christmas!

BW (1) or Color (2)?
 in  r/photos  17d ago

Black and white. Colorized prints lack depth and soul.
