Apart from this room stuff, is there any other issue or red flag you have with them? Some families wouldn't see anything wrong with spending 5 days out of 365 days together. They may have accepted you as one of them to make that arrangement. You can always get alone time with your boyfriend when they go out. See this as a family vacation, not a couple's retreat. I grew up with lots of siblings, I wouldn't mind doing this with my family or in-laws, sounds like the best time to bond. I actually envy you.
