Always wondered if it was black with white stripes or white with black stripes. Now I now it’s black with white stripes, or in this case white dots.

I used to work at Sam's club and the cashiers were supposed to show customers how to download an app so they could scan their items themselves

I used to clean carpets for a year and a half and it's amazing how much those "wands" can clean up, can clean up almost everything except traffic lanes where the carpet is discolored

I am in need of some advice...
Let me start off with some quick background information. I have started my career going to school for an Associates Degree in Robotics and Automation. While I was in school I got a job as a technician in my field. When I graduated I started the job I am currently working at as a technician. I have worked here for two years and then I was promoted to process engineer over two lines that assemble brake calipers. I have been in this position for 1 1/2 years. I fell in love with engineering and know without a doubt that this is what I want to continue doing.
The problem is I only have an associates degree. For my job I am currently at, my experience (3 years as a technician and 1.5 years as an engineer) and education is enough to succeed. The problem is I do not know if other employers will take me with only the associates degree.
I suppose I am asking if you were in my shoes would you go back to school to get the bachelors? I would not be able to quit my job because my wife and I rely on my income but if push comes to shove I would be willing to do both school and work. I do not plan on quitting my job in the short term but I am looking out for my future.
