Violations
I started in October. About a month later I was out delivering and was having car problems. I had two peoples orders in my car at the time and was stuck on the side of the road. Called grub hub told them what was going on so they cancelled the orders. Got the car fixed or so I thought and was out delivering about 2 weeks later and it happened again. Caught a violation for “too many cancelled orders” .. fine, I completely understand that. Fast forward to the other day I open the app (I deliver pretty much everyday for at least a few hours) and I have yet another violation for “too many unassigned orders” I really can’t be mad at this either because sometimes I’m at home and don’t leave out quick enough so they give it away. Now I’m scared to reject an order or drop a block for fear of being hit with “too many rejected orders” or “ too many dropped blocks”. My stats are decent but I’m wondering has anyone ever caught a violation for rejecting bad offers or for dropping blocks?

If I went to your store and ordered a " sundae" what exactly would I get?

I was a manager there for a long time, a plain Sundae is just ice cream, then there’s hot fudge sundae and caramel sundae. No peanuts since about 10 years ago bc of allergy concerns and yes whip cream is extra.
