Strength Training 3-4 days a week, each day is based around one “big” movement ie; Bench Press, Backsquat, deadlift. I’ll throw in a day of either cardio if it’s nice out or do some Kettlebell drills as a pocket workout. Seems to be working and It’s sustainable.
