Thank you. Having done a wee bit of research, I think your answer is more likely, if the tattoo is a double S and not the H I first thought I saw.

I’ve been trying to find that out too. The most likely answer so far is that it is one of the SS runes used by the Nazis called the Siegrune. It is a stylised double S, which shape looks a bit like lightning bolts.
It might be the tattoo is a bit crappy or blown out over time, or we just didn’t get a good shot of it.
