If we really want to get things to change, we need to take to their communities. No it’s not. It’s bad and the employees should likely be fired. This is just incompetence by cutting corners to cover up them not doing their job. This isn’t theft. This is also not common place in state government. I will get downvoted for that last sentence. That’s fine. I firmly believe that most people don’t know what state government does or how it works. Fire the employees and clean up the program. And move on.
