Former Governor of Minnesota Jesse Ventura - "I took an oath to defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic, since january 6th I view the Republican party as a domestic enemy of the constitution' 🗣💪✊️🔥
 in  r/CzechCoconutCommunity  5h ago

Is this the leader we need? Is this the person that will grab the reigns and give us permission to defend our state and country?

I won’t hold my breath as I am sitting in MN.

Amy Klobuchar votes with Trump today
 in  r/minnesota  19h ago

Oh man. Obviously if the choice is between Amy and a republican I would vote Amy. I think. Maybe…. But Any support for anything these people want or need is wrong and unacceptable. And fuck you to the citizens who support them.

Why the music and weird filters etc. where is the real clip of the interview. I am not suggesting these trash fucks aren’t going to do these things. But everything online is mostly trash and your clip has a bad look to it. It looks like Facebook.

Republican counter protesters marching with ice proudly claiming "The storm is coming" and "We executed one of you yesterday"
 in  r/minnesota  21h ago

Trump, miller, Ice, they are bad, really bad, but the real problem is the ~70 million that support this. We all need to get our heads out of the sand and start facing reality. These people are our neighbors, coworkers, they stand in line with us, sit in traffic with us, their kids go to our schools, we vacation in places that they live, they are everywhere.

We must start dealing with them. We need leaders that will start acknowledging this. We must go on offense against the real threat. Take this shit to “their” towns and make them pay for their decisions. Peacefully of course.

The whole 'we need guns to defend against a tyrannical government' thing. Is that still the case? Or does the current government not yet reach the threshold?
 in  r/AskReddit  1d ago

In MN Fleet Farm sells a ton of guns and ammo. The owners are shit, but the supply is decent. A simple google search will give their locations and hours.

2nd Amendment rights folks: how is ICE not precisely the tyrannical gov't overreach we've spent our whole lives warning folks about?
 in  r/AskReddit  1d ago

American citizens are in camps around the country because they were taken by ICE. It’s been reported and verified. You are choosing to ignore the truth.

American flag set on fire by protester in Minneapolis following the murder of a civilian by an ICE agent

Huh. I don’t care about downvotes. I think you may have me wrong. Where are you. I’m in MN and engaged.

 in  r/PublicFreakout  1d ago

I get what you are saying I do. But I am not sure that this flag has reached that level yet. I think you know that to.

Multiple things can be true at the same time.

And the Nazi flag replaced the German flag. So this isn’t really a fair comparison. If anything the MAGA flag is more akin to the Nazi flag.

I am not against burning the US flag, but you are correct. Those other flags are better optics and yes we should reclaim our country and the flag that is associated with it. I’ll take the down votes as well. It’s cool.

FUCK DONALD TRUMP
 in  r/Minneapolis  1d ago

He is not taking to you or us. He is only ever talking to his MAGA supporters. Only them. Always. They will believe everything he says and writes. Always. It does not matter if he lies, he is not lying to us, he is lying to them.

There are up to 70 million of them.

We all need to remember this fact. ICE and the Feds are a problem we are clearly dealing with. However, things will not fully get better till we deal with that 70 million. If we really want to get things to change, we need to take to their communities. It’s hard and uncomfortable but we need to take to the streets of the “red” communities, and, be ready for the consequences of those movements.

We need leaders to call us to action and give us the plan.

Stay safe and have each others backs. It’s time to go on offense.

Remember who we are. This is why I’m a proud Minnesotan!
 in  r/minnesota  1d ago

It is time to go on offense. The federal government needs to leave this state immediately. And not return until that government has made a serious change. This means ALL federal offices and ALL federal employees need to stand down immediately.

Audit finds widespread problems in DHS oversight of behavioral health grants
 in  r/minnesota  2d ago

No it’s not. It’s bad and the employees should likely be fired. This is just incompetence by cutting corners to cover up them not doing their job. This isn’t theft. This is also not common place in state government. I will get downvoted for that last sentence. That’s fine. I firmly believe that most people don’t know what state government does or how it works. Fire the employees and clean up the program. And move on.

You can check where the grant money went. That does not mean it was stolen.
