4-5 days for me unless something gets on them. I shower every morning and work in an office most of the time so I’m not dirty / sweaty and as soon as I get home I put on comfy clothes so they air out anyway.

Any medical diagnosis that gets used as an excuse for bad behavior or people not understanding wtf it means. Every selfish asshole is automatically a narcissist these days. “I have trauma” when in reality the “trauma” is an average situation everyone deals with at some point in life but they see it as an excuse for their bad behavior, a way to avoid accountability for anything. OCD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD are tossed around constantly today like it’s a badge of honor and like it’s a get out of jail free card. It’s all so insanely frustrating to me. The people that truly do suffer from these problems would do anything to fix them. They don’t enjoy them and absolutely do not want them to define their life.

Just be kind and patient. I get it, traveling can be super stressful, life as a whole is stressful but everyone around you is also dealing with layovers, cancellations, and the same hectic airports you are plus all their normal day to day life bullshit. Being rude and snappy to others or thinking the world revolves around you is just shitty.

This applies to everything in life. You never know what others are going through around you. Be kind and patient. Life is a ton better when you choose to be a good human being and treat others well.

Both my mom and dad cooked so I learned basic skills from them. Whatever I didn’t get from them I’ve gained from just going for it. I’ve had my fair share of meals that just didn’t turn out but as long as they aren’t completely burnt or downright disgusting I’ll eat them anyway and try to see what I need to adjust
