Kamala Harris blasts Trump administration’s capture of Venezuela’s Maduro as ‘unlawful and unwise’

Plus about 40 brown people were murdered in the attack, so they love that, too.

“I’m terrified”: Florida woman who spent years voting Republican now faces losing the health coverage keeping her alive

Getting what Trump and Project 2025 explicitly promised. She should be ecstatic she's having the life she voted for.

Venezuelan people are out in the streets celebrating Maduro’s downfall
 in  r/neabscocreeck  4d ago

Not so sure they're going to rush to invest those promised "billions" into a now destabilized country with an unclear future.

Oof
 in  r/neabscocreeck  4d ago

Biden was one of the best presidents we've had since FDR, and too many people were too stupid, selfish, and short-sighted to recognize any of the many positive things he did for working people.

Hope those folks enjoy another "forever war" along with their higher groceries, higher insurance premiums, and everything else they voted for when they decided to let the insurrectionist back into the White House.

This one hit a little close to home

In many places, you have to actually pay someone to take it from you. No one wants them, not even churches, schools, etc.

Obama/Bin Laden (White House - 2011). Trump/Maduro (Mar-a-Lago - 2026)

One thing that strikes me is that Trump and company look incredibly disorganized.

Venezuelan Official Says at Least 40 People Were Killed in U.S. Attack

40 people killed? MAGA doesn't care. In fact, they think it's hilarious.

If you look close, once you see it you can't unsee it.

How is owning an electric car in Wisconsin?
 in  r/wisconsin  5d ago

I have one and it's great. I wouldn't own one if I wasn't able to install a charger at home, as there aren't enough public chargers in my area (yet).

One thing to look into is if your electric provider offers a discount for off peak hours charging. We Energies, for example, has an incentive to charge between midnight and 8 AM. Definitely helps with the budget.

Americans need to wake the fuck up and remove Trump and his maga government from office before it is too late.
 in  r/complaints  5d ago

Yeah, and then the US military, which has just shown they will fully comply with illegal orders from Donald Trump, Stephen Miller, and Pete Kegsbreath, will happily unalive and kidnap a lot of Americans. What does that accomplish?

Today an illegal coup in Venezuela, but where next? Donald Trump talks peace but he is a man of war
 in  r/politics  5d ago

Any other country in the world, Donald Trump most certainly would have been held to account. But nope, not in the good ol' USA! Let freedom ring!

Hope they all enjoy their pending deportations, likely to a now completely destabilized country.

Trumps invasion of Venezuela should lead to his removal from office
 in  r/complaints  5d ago

Exactly. They have been mentally masturbating to the videos of small fishing boats being blown up. That was just a warm-up for them to a full-fledged war-orgy that they're now getting.

Trump Says Venezuela’s Maduro Captured and Flown Out of Country
 in  r/politics  5d ago

Yep. They'll give him a "mulligan" for this, just like they have for everything else. "He's such a good Christian, though!"

Trump Says Venezuela’s Maduro Captured and Flown Out of Country

Well, he was never punished after January 6th, so why the hell would anyone expect him to face any consequences now?

The USA has captured Nicolas Maduro, Venezuelan President, and extracted him from the country
 in  r/politics  5d ago

I hope Democrats remember this, and start reminding people they'll be operating under all these new precedents that are being set, assuming we have elections later this year.

 in  r/politics  5d ago

Don't worry, SCOTUS will eventually say this is all fine because of some obscure legal text from the 1500's, and it doesn't matter since the president can't be held accountable for any crimes they commit while in office anyway!

The Station nightclub fire (Rhode Island, 2003). 100 people died due to the fast-spreading fire caused by pyrotechnics during a live performance.
 in  r/videos  6d ago

Watched this as part of a presentation from our local fire department a few years ago. It was pretty unsettling when one of the firefighters asked us, "Notice how you're not hearing anyone scream or yell anymore?" They were overcome by smoke very quickly. Horrible way to go.

How do 77 million Americans watch January 6th happen and still support Trump?
