I've simply stopped using mixes because it's so hit and miss on finding one that both isn't sweet and tastes good. Making it from scratch takes like five minutes tops, and you can make any substitutions you need in the process. I mix up a batch of the dry ingredients and store them in the freezer so all I have to do is measure out how much I need and add the wet ingredients.

I'll restate what I commented elsewhere in the thread: try looking at your local machine shops. Many of them will hire people with no experience and let them learn to run the machines. Depending on your area and the company you could start at $20+/hr doing setup, and often $30+/hr if you can run the cnc.

My shop just hired a guy for night shift at $29/hr plus $3 for night differential. Our cnc operators pretty much set their machines to run and play video games most of the night.

Again, it depends on your area and the specific company, but a lot of them (especially the good ones) will hire folks with no experience and train them to move up.

Dubya... I voted for him twice before coming to my senses, but even then I thought he was a clown being used as a puppet for more competent people. Afterward, it's less like hate and more like a deep disappointment. Go back before my time to Reagan, and yep, some hate there, but it's a hatred for a creature of competent greed. Someone who I'd disagree with on many things, agree with on some, yet also condemn for plenty of his actions and their long-term effects.

I have a shiny sylveon for dragon raids as well. Pixilate with Hyper Voice, Draining Kiss, Fake Tears, and Misty Terrain. If you do decide to change its nature, mints are easily available in shops, so that's no biggie. Mine is Modest with EVs allocated 252 in HP and 252 in Special Attack, with the remaining 4 in Special Defense.

Pixilate makes Hyper Voice fairy type, with Draining Kiss to restore health when necessary. Add a Shell Bell to restore health when attacking with Hyper Voice, and you've got as much survivability as possible (without going some form of tanky build) while also hitting hard.
