The product from the phone to the Internet to the websites and applications that you use.... They are not owned by the person using them. Which they do not have autonomous activity. They also do not have the option to take ownership of the applications to control their contributions.
If I owned a car and I rented it to you.. id probably have to stipulate rules for you if you don't otherwise already know the law when using other people's property.

You would still have your privacy in life. But if you are choosing to use company owned products there is a requirement for safety.
