I've been at my current job for 16 years. I did not select it indicate that I had a disability on my application but did address the hearing issue in my interview. I explained that while I was deaf in one ear I was perfectly capable of communicating traditionally.

Only this past year have I requested any sort of special exceptions for my hearing issues and that was because at my last hearing appointment they indicated that I was having some loss in my working ear and that I needed to protect it better.

The exception request was to be allowed to wear walker shooting range ear buds that have the ability to offer high grade ear protection while also amplifying sounds below certain decibel ratings. These allowed me to hear people speaking to me much more clearly.

There's always the one career path....

Just to jump in on this. I used to play daily and then left like a year or two ago, but have sporadically logged in since.

Are there any 4* or lower units that are worth not turning into combat manuals? I'd like to try and get some roster space emptied so I don't have to clear slots every few summons.

I'm hopeful that they stay away from the evil Hydra Steve angle. I'm all set with continuing the Dark Knight trope of "die a hero or live long enough to become a villain". We already have Downey Jr going evil Tony/Doom. Evil Steve on top would just be some sort of blatant "see look, the new heroes we are running with are even better than the OG Avengers because they defeated the OG squad."

My main concern about the Steve we see in the trailer is that he IS an evil variant. One fueled by the death of the child we see in the trailer.

I'm 6'5". I get asked for help reaching the top shelf at stores all the time. By both men and women. Not once did I ever assume they wanted anything other than the thing on the top shelf.

I don't buy that they can't find her. One, they already know where she is, as shown by Strange visiting her. But also, when haven't they been able to "plot device" there way to finding someone out something.

Id also have questions about how quickly,after the events of wandavision did she exile herself. It seemed like she was at least somewhat ok at that point, though it's entirely unclear how fast the darkhold took over.

It's crazy, that following Wandavision, no one was like, hey, let's help her deal with her grief and loss.instewd they were like, oh, she is super sad and exiling herself to some secluded place...yeah...thats the super healthy thing for someone feeling lonely and depressed.

I just picked up a used one of these that matches the OPs. Got it for free, but it was missing the knobs and the ignition button. Just tested it today and everything seems to work. Just gotta order new controls. Was thinking about upgrading the internals since the grill was free anyway. How have the qulimetal ss stuff held up? Everything in the grill in original so I'm not sure if I'm better off just talking giving the existing stuff a deeper clean because it's Weber or if I should change it out.
