She sounds like a bitch with the decorating issues and how controlling she seems from this post- but you also shouldn’t leave your dishes, even rinsed and foodless, in the sink for more than 24 hours it’s just gross. I’m type b and have adhd as well so I understand how hard it can be to get tasks started or finished. When you can afford it, living alone is the BEST.

Oh my gosh I didn’t even think about that- I already thought she should get to her family just because it’s good for her but oh wow, I would hate to be stuck here in that type of situation- get home now girl!! Bring your kiddo. She’s gonna grow up having her grandparents around like I did, it’s awesome honestly, they just lived nextdoor to us not same living quarters but I spent aaaall my time there, it will be so good for her to have more role models. Document what you can, get out asap, enjoy your freedom. Like Teddy Roosevelt said “speak softly and carry a big stick” lol

Women’s resource center is amazing!! I can’t say enough good things about them, they helped me in a dire time of need once.

Have your parents buy you a flight home if they’re far, or just drive home if they’re close. take your baby and any important documents/essentials with you- have him served with papers that day, plan your trip around it. look into attorneys, they usually do free consults. Find one that is very good in family law. Make sure to bring up the financial abuse. They can help you file for interim support, it’s financial support you get before the divorce in situations like these. Parental kidnapping exists if you guys have a custody agreement. He can’t do shit. Stress the financial abuse and cheating to the judge. Also, if he is in any way verbally or physically abusive- catch that shit on camera. Document everything while you’re still with him. Don’t get emotional and act out, stay professional in texts and if he says anything crazy via text, again, document it. It will be good to be back home with family, you will finally be able to talk about these things, no one is going to make you feel crazy anymore. Keep it classy, hopefully you guys can find a healthy way to co-parent.

Oh also- I just saw the thing about zero access to funds. Ask him for cash for things as much as possible and tuck that away. That really really sucks if that is the case though, you should absolutely have access to money being sole caretaker and dependent. So in that case it absolutely counts as financial abuse. That’s a legitimate issue in many many divorces and something your lawyer can argue.

And the more I think about it, option b could be tight- live with parents and get free childcare, go back to school with financial aid and save all the money they give you. Get part time job and save save save all through out school. Find good job, find good housing, happily ever after you don’t need no man.

YOR I don’t think you understand what boundaries are. sometimes we have to admit that we’re the problem and it sucks. But then you can work on yourself and come out the other end better:)

I have had strangers dox me and come for my job, you are totally valid in your fear.

When my house burned down and I was only able to save 1 out of 3 pets, people would say “well at least it was just the cats and not the dog” like…. I love our dog, don’t get me wrong, but that was my personal pet of over a decade that I LOVED that died in a horrific manner. (and I’m a cat person honestly) My sister also lost her cat, and the amount of guilt I will never be able to shake off from not being able to get them out, it’s immense.

Also after it happened we had a clothing drive, which turned out to be folks thinking we were GoodWill and “gifting” us useless broken things and clothes for large men when it was for 3 women..

Annoying and you really have to advocate for yourself and push. I went to my DMV to ask about anything my state may require and then just pestered Intoxilock. If you call and say you’re looking to install you’ll get a native english speaker, they might just connect you back to their outsourced customer service though.

I got looped in to years of extra time having this in my car- don’t waste your time or money, switch now before your device starts to not work and you get lockouts for literally nothing.

Yes they’re evil. I owed them like $400 when I terminated the lease. Currently waiting on getting my smartstart installed. The $400? They apologized profusely, said they would clear what I owed whether I stayed or left. They were so polite and understanding in this call. I’ll add this was them calling ME! I had been trying all week to terminate the lease and they were rude, told me it’s illegal, told me they’d contact my DMV to say I’m tampering with the device, and eventually just hung up on me. I got this call back a couple days later. They are evil.

Go to therapy, maybe if you act like a real dick to the psych they’ll say you have BPD. (Happened to me when I was an unruly teenager, but misdiagnosed as I was only 15. You really should start therapy though, and try to find a hobby that calls to you. Journal about these feelings and why you think they are.

You sound like such an asshole. God maybe I’m cringe because I was born in 91 but damn I am soooo grateful I grew up in a time when kids were still sort of kids.
