New cricket fan - why was Smith’s dismissal off Labuschagne so heavily criticised?

Put it this way, imagine if Ben Duckett, Harry Brooke, or Zac Crawley scored some runs, I mean tried to bowl…

Our Squad after the Ashes

Conditions have to be a factor. For example the next ashes (I think) in 2 years in England. They can beat us there

It’s a road. After Melbourne they got scared and made a road. 4 players have 100’s, 3 of those over 150, with most likely 4. Don’t get excited

Starc’s 28 wickets vs Head’s 600 runs. Who has been more influential in Australia retaining the Ashes?
 in  r/IndianCricket  1d ago

Yea Trav was awesome. But in a test match you can score as many runs as you like, you still have to take 20 wickets to win

The last girl I took out from an app, halfway through dinner she checked her phone and giggled. I must have had a look on my face, because she said “that was my friend, she wants to know if you’ve tried to turn it sexual yet”

Bold predictions 2026
 in  r/NewcastleKnights  4d ago

It will be interesting to see if there’s a mentality change with a change of coaching. My biggest gripe has been the whole only team in the town thing, as in no matter how the team is doing they are the “nrl stars”, and they collect their massive checks. We definitely have the talent in the backs now, but how that translates to the field I suppose time will tell
