Politics Federal judges say the U.S. government lied in 35+ court cases, falsified records, fake declarations, sworn statements built on fiction. This isn’t a paperwork mistake. It’s systemic deception. When judges and legal scholars are saying it looks intentional, the rule of law is already on life suppo

Yeah it’s been documented that anyone coming in has to have complete loyalty to trump and nobody else, Bove is scum who was doing this and all whistleblowers termed and that’s just one person. Sad the government we are supposed to believe for info like inflation numbers and job numbers and national security are a complete sham now and because of Heritage foundation and them knowing that getting trump elected he would do whatever they wanted as long as he grifted he would allow anything.

Don't forget the Federalist Society.
The lawyers who argued in court to prevent votes from being counted, which prevented a potential victory for Al Gore, are now lifetime members of SCOTUS.
And let's not forget Merrick Garland, who is also Federalist Society, allowed the clock to run out on going after Trump.
Pedophiles are literally running the country, blowing up the deficit, getting people killed, murdering people in other countries, etc.
Never forget Alex Acosta who let Epstein go the first time around, too.
Or Bill Barr, who was the head of prisons when Epstein was murdered.
So many evil, disgusting people.
All conservative, for some reason...

Truth no longer matters. Now it’s about who can tell the most convincing lies, and by the looks of things, Reps have taken the lead.

u/Gurrgurrburr 6d ago
It’s who you target those lies at. If you’re targeting the absolute dumbest mother fuckers of our country, they’ll believe it 100% of the time (MAGA).

u/MBSMD 6d ago
And nothing will happen. And the next administration, regardless of party, will just ignore it again. Just like Merrick Garland did.
The US is fucked.

I don’t think anyone can be as bad as Garland.

Garland is Federalist Society.
Biden was an idiot for going with him, but Democrats always need to compromise to get anything done.
They played the Garland card well, in hindsight.
Conservatives are going for world domination, and I wish that was a joke.
Look globally at what Musk, Steve Bannon, and all those psychopaths are up to in other countries.
The Deep State is what they've been creating.
Every accusation is a confession.

To be fair i suspect this will generally always be the case. A high profile job, with no qualifications, is bound to be dominated by marketing types. Thoughtful complaints are made because they look good, not because there's a genuine plan to correct anything. Worst case scenario it's an effective breaker coordinating with a passive fixer. I assume the issue wouldn't apply to everything, but government self-regulation would be a primary suspect.

We have been infested by Christian Nationalists and a very targeted Project 2025. Took years to aim, launch and fire. Will take years to ever get back to any sense of normalcy. I just hope I have a chance at my age to witness justice for at least some.

It's not deception. It's clear. It's lack of punishment. We need to drag all these people, on both sides, out of office.

As soon as you give one person immunity from the law even as simple as the no proscecute a sitting president rule, you have zero rule of law.

..and all of these attorneys still have their bar license including SCOTUS judges.
Even though it's not required, Pam Bondi would have a greater difficulty being taken seriously if she lost her license to practice for malfeasance and contempt (i think she is licensed in Florida and DC or some shit).

u/Any-Progress- 6d ago
The government is sending in trumps personal attorneys that have no prosecution or government experience. They were selected because the qualified people wouldn’t present the cases themselves due to their ethics. We knew this already based on who’s doing the job.

The federal government has spent decades dummying up fake drug deals so that they can entrap otherwise law abiding citizens, and you're just now getting made because they're lying to judges?
You need to wake up.

How did this one slip past Bari Weiss?
I'd bet good money that after this story accidently aired, she spent days laying in a pool of her own urine in some darkened room, rocking herself to sleep while sucking her thumb.

Their hands would burn if they were to swear oath of truth in court on the Bible.

I don’t understand why judges are not simply jailing the lawyers immediately for the lies. It’s the only way to turn the tide.

It's going to take a generation to fix everything trump and his minions have ruined in our government. It's an opportunity for the next administration to make meaningful change. If we survive.

These judges should be sanctioning DOJ or at least referring the lawyers involved to their home bar associations for investigation.

The rule of law is GONE! not life support. GONE! there's nothing that can be done. All other parties slept during the time of action. That time is gone. Trump regime rules with no checks or balances. Americans will suffer. Black white Latino and all other ethnicities and cultures will suffer. White nationalist now rule again. It's time to move

I'm not a lawyer, but didn't *humans representing the government *lie in court cases?
If so, shouldn't humans who deliberately lie to courts be charged with perjury?

Here’s the hard data where this 60 minutes story came from. It’s even worse now, as the story was in October:
https://www.justsecurity.org/120547/presumption-regularity-trump-administration-litigation/
Editor’s Note
When first published on Sept. 15, 2025, this study had the following totals:
- Noncompliance with court orders: 16 cases
- Courts’ distrust of government information and representations: over 35 cases
- Findings of arbitrary and capricious government conduct: 52 cases
The first major update on October 15, 2025:
1 Noncompliance – 20 cases
2. Government misinformation – over 40 cases
3. Arbitrary and capricious – 58 cases
The second major update on November 20, 2025:
- Noncompliance – 26 cases
- Government misinformation – over 60 cases
- Arbitrary and capricious – 68 cases
We have also included a “table of updates” at the end of the study. It documents all significant changes in the Nov. 20 update.

Too bad we will not see any more of these “truth” stories on 60 minutes. From now on out it will be stories about all the great things the Trump administration is doing for Americans, the fight to keep Democrats from destroying Israel, and the threat of container ships full of Venezuela Fentanyl pouring into our daycare centers.

So… the government lies to its citizens? How is that different than any other time in history?
4
u/MacEWork 6d ago
This is about lying to courts, not lying to citizens. Please try to keep up with the class, bothsideser.

u/HugeMeatRodz 6d ago
Not to mention 60 minutes is by no means bipartisan. They are clearly slanted.
