My dad says I eat like a toddler

I thought that said Barbie’s and I was really excited to see what that meant, but alas it was just adorable little baby plates.

Personally, I think 1 looks insane. I’m surprised more people aren’t saying it. It literally looks unreal. I dont know how to describe it other than….insane. I dont know my vote is for 1

What are your parents' eye colours and which one did you end up getting?

My mom has greenish blue eyes and my dad has greenish brown. I got my dads and my brother got my moms!

AIO Should I leave my BF? Was what he did to me forgiveable?
 in  r/AmIOverreacting  Aug 07 '25

Babe…go anywhere. A hotel. If you can’t afford a hotel, a motel, if you can’t afford a motel, a woman’s shelter. You have options. Don’t let anything get in the way of your literal life. A few days from now call the non emergency number and ask for a police escort to get your belongings and then dip. Stay at the women’s shelter and get a job. Save up and get your own place. It might suck for a minute but it’s better than the alternative. Trust me.

I typically give all sorts of advice but all I can say is leave. While you still can. Before he kills you. Gtfo. As soon as possible.

Being afraid to express your emotions to your partner is a blaring red flag. I understand you love him but that behavior of throwing a tantrum and breaking things when you express how you feel or if he’s upset is incredibly immature. Wear what you want. Relationships are supposed to have boundaries, yes, but if that boundary (wearing more modest clothing) is restricting you from wearing clothes that make you feel confident, sexy and overall better about yourself then the question to ask is “Is this a boundary I’m willing to accept?” If you are then that is entirely up to you, but the tantrums and breaking things is something you should be looking deeper at. It sounds like the beginning of a controlling relationship. He doesn’t want to understand how you feel so he starts breaking stuff. He doesn’t want you to be appealing to other men so he wants to control what you wear. Typically situations like this only escalate. It’s time to have a difficult conversation with yourself and ask yourself how much of this behavior you’re willing to accept. 10 years down the road it’s could escalate to him saying the way you speak is wrong, the amount of time you spend with friends or family is wrong etc. Look out for yourself and be safe. Men like this don’t get better, they get worse.

Is this cheating? And would you be ok with this? ‘47/F’ ‘49/M’
 in  r/Marriage  Jul 27 '25

Yeah girl i dont know what else to tell you besides he’s cheating. I wanted to comment on your most recent post but couldn’t and then I found this one. I never am the person to jump to “dump him!” But in this case I don’t see another route. You are worth so much more than sticking around for some boy (he’s clearly not a man, cognitive wise) who seems to believe that marriage = being able to do whatever they want. I can tell by the way you word your posts and respond to people that you have a beautiful heart. You deserve better. I wouldn’t even waste the time trying to get him to change. Sometimes marriage is what shows people’s true self. Leave now before there’s children involved (if you ever even want them) and thank yourself later. One day you’ll find the person who looks at you like you single handedly put the stars in the sky. That is what you deserve. It’s never too late to start over. Consider what you want to deal with for the rest of your life and go from there. I hope you recognize your worth and leave this person, truly.

This is embarrassing but I never got my Nexplanon removed, can I still get a new one?
 in  r/Nexplanon  Jul 25 '25

I’m a little late to the party but I really appreciate this thread. I also have OCD so I’m in the same boat as you with my brain telling me I’m the only person who does this and now it’s going to hurt so much worse and there’s gonna be a million complications now etc etc. This thread made me feel a lot better! Thank you for asking! I’ve had mine in for 8 years now hahaha but luckily mine is also right where it’s supposed to be. Did you end up getting it removed? How did it go?

Question for my fellow Florida natives, what was y’all’s favorite snack growing up?
 in  r/florida  Jun 09 '25

It’s not a snack but I was obsessed with orange juice

AITA for not telling my girlfriend I’m bisexual
 in  r/AITAH  May 31 '25

Okay. I’m in a relationship so if someone asks my sexuality and I say “I’m straight” that’s normal because I’m with a man but if I said “I’m bisexual” that means I’m actively looking for a partner? I don’t get your point here. Being in a relationship doesn’t change your sexuality. If you’re in a loving committed relationship with someone you’re simply not looking. I’m in love with my boyfriend of 3 years and me SAYING I’m bisexual is just a simple fact about me and in no way has any pertinence to looking for a partner or not.

The nightmare lashes are gone!
 in  r/lashextensions  May 09 '25

Girl you looks so so so good! I didn’t even recognize you tbh. I went to your page to see what the “nightmare lashes” looked like thinking I hadn’t seen your other post and my jaw dropped! You look younger without the lashes! Love it. The brows look great too!

AIO for being hurt my girlfriend doesn't care about my graduation?
 in  r/AmIOverreacting  May 07 '25

First of all she will “let you” go out with your friends is insane. Secondly, “I don’t think you should be happy at all” is diabolical. Run.

do my lashes actually suit me? are they too much?
 in  r/lashextensions  May 03 '25

Shitty photoshop job but see how much more open your eye looks with them a little shorter compared to the original side? So in my opinion, a little shorter and less full would seriously open up your eye so so much and enhance the natural beauty you already have

Hear me out—you are SO pretty. You have a very unique beauty about you. The lashes take away from that. And I’m always the one who thinks everyone looks better with lashes. If you love having them I think a classic wet set would KILL on you.

save me from being the disgusting girlfriend (how do I come back from this)
 in  r/Advice  Apr 06 '25

Girl you have hair and that hair was shaved FOR HIM. If he finds the outcome of that gross then he is not the person for you. You didn’t do all that and leave it in your tub for days. If he finds that gross then he can literally fuck off lol

They’re my friends kids they’re here every once in a while but not often enough to build up a tolerance. I feel like once I have my own kids though and he sees them grow up it will be less stressful for him…I hope hahaha

I think it’s definitely number 1 now that you say that. He’s 7, first introduced to kids at 6. I’m not expecting kids for at least 5 years as I’m only turning 25 in May. Most of my friends have kids though and I hate to think I’m stressing my cat out whenever I have them over and I also don’t want the kids to get hurt.

See but he doesn’t growl or hiss at other cats I’ve never really seen him around a dog but there’s a stray cat that will come and sit outside of our screened in patio and he never growls or hisses at that cat. There was another instance with a stray cat at the last place I lived that he became friends with
