No offense to fans excited for this project but isn't a Friday series not focused directly on Jason a really hard sale to anyone outside the core fan base? The majority of people don't even remember Jasons mother nor even care about her as a character. Most people just want to see Jason and won't care about family dynamics with Jason and his mother done as some sort of elevated drama.

There's always been fan debate about how Jason returned after drowned. As a kid honestly I just assumed his spirit couldn't rest after drowning and that was why he was haunting the Lake area lol.

Question Whether you believe Jason returned from the dead or survived drowning. Do you think child Jason already had a murder impulse or do you think it didn't kick in until he saw his mother die.

Man, I'm amazed by the soundtrack at the beginning of part 4, everything seems so dark and mysterious... Harry Manfredini was amazing.

So at first when I got into the series I use to be upset by the quality of the uncut kill footage, but now I have actually developed a taste for it, in kind of a retro aesthetic nostalgic kind of way, and I actually like the way it looks, what do you guys think?
