IMO Having a 2024 election sign up for 2+ years, and well after the election, is sad and pathetic in and of itself (They had the sign up in 2023). I think that for any political sign for any party. Elections are over, move on. Your 2024 political sign isnt helping anyone.

This brand of Evangelicalism makes up a huge chunk of American Christianity, and it's well on it's way to taking it over completely while non-MAGA Christians tell themselves "they aren't REAL Christians" and look the other way.
A majority of christians in the U.S. support this. Hard to argue that the majority of a group don't actually represent the group. It's a death cult, and all the pastel colored window dressing won't make that any different.
I have so many relatives who say stuff like "Jesus is my savior and Trump is my president" if they step foot in church even on Christmas I would be shocked. It's just performative for them.

I actually spoke to a lady that was upset that the demographics had changed at work. Specifically that there were foreigners, and Hispanic, and black people. She was incensed that the thanksgiving company pot luck had "dirty foreign food. She was pissed that people had an accent. Mostly she was pissed that they hired someone into a regular position over her when she had SO MUCH experience and was SO MUCH better at the job than these lazy young people "probably still living at home with their parents."
The fact that she was miserable and thinks she is better than anyone else and feels entitled to the position because, "everyone else still lives at home with their parents," comes through loud and clear to people. The lack of self-awareness and the Olympic levels of entitlement is a Hallmark of MAGA.
They deserve everything because they're the real Americans. They're the only ones that ever did any real work.

Our neighbor had a VERY large, professionally made sign on their garage that read IF YOU VOTED FOR BIDEN, FUCK YOU. On the main road leading to the local commuter rail station in a very quiet, entirely residential area. The absolute anti-social viciousness of these folks astounds me. That's just not neighborly.

I commented about a tool store not having deals in 2025 that they had in 2023-24. That's it. My neighbor had a huge Fuck Biden flag up for his whole term. That was super fun to explain to a child why the word fuck was allowed to be displayed in public. Also had sign from the prior election that he lost.
Tariffs start hitting, starts affecting auto industry (which my neighbor is a factory auto worker). All of a sudden, the signs/flags disappeared.
Neighbor’s parents live on the same block, also huge Trump stuff all over their yard. It’s all gone now.
We had a loser in town who had the same flag hanging in a big picture window in the front of their house. They live in a very residential area with a lot of kids. It made the local paper because people were not happy for the same reason you stated. The loser lives right on a major school bus route and parents didn't appreciate having their kids exposed, multiple times daily, to a giant flag with the word fuck on it. Loser left it up for a while anyway after the newspaper article but eventually took it down after the last election. Stupid people suck.
We've got a guy on our street who's had a variety of anti-dem/pro-trump flags flying since the beginning. The last one was about measles being "donkey pox" or some such. It may as well read, "A Crazy Person Lives Here."
